Bios
Steve and Susie Snider were married in 1988. Both were born in Wisconsin and since January of 2008, are now living in Arizona.
Steve, after accepting Christ as his Lord and Savior, went on to receive his Youth Pastor Certification at Wartburg Theological Seminary. He completed his Lutheran Lay Ministry courses and worked as a youth pastor for six years. More recently, his church affiliation is with a Community Church where he was a leader of home fellowship groups for the past three years back in Wisconsin.
Both Steve and Susie have hearts to serve. After spending most of her life being devoted to her family business in Wisconsin, Susie now is thankful for a more relaxed setting in the foothills of Arizona where the majority of her family lives. In the past, Susie has been active with Steve in helping with the youth programs at their churches and with the home fellowship groups.
Steve and Susie want to do nothing else than to live in complete obedience to God and to live in His will for their lives. This is how the vision of Restoration Refuge came about. From the time the land was first purchased to the time they could live here full time, approximately five years went by. However, God did amazing things in that five years and now Restoration Refuge is happening.

Statement of faith:
Jesus said, " Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die." (John 11:25-26)
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only means of salvation by the grace of God through faith in His Son, Jesus. We believe in the Trinity- Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible is the inherent word of God.
